We worked to extend the Mercedes-Benz partnership with Tidal to users of the Mercedes me Adapter (older vehicles retrofitted for connectivity) and launched a campaign to promote 3 months free with Tidal to existing Mercedes me Adapter users, as well as a campaign to acquire new users.
As part of my work, I evaluated technologies to improve or work and potential collaboration with startups, particularly in the areas of personalization, analytics and tools for better targeting.
An exciting project we worked on was using AI to modify characters from our marketing materials in order to localize them while avoiding the effort and costs of doing multiple photo/video shootings. We did this with a startup called Rosebud.ai. While it didn’t get to production since the technology was still a bit early, I think we’re not far from this use case.
